The hotel offers reasonably comfortable and clean rooms similar to Ibis hotels. While the lack of air conditioning or a proper fan in our upgraded club room was a downside, the overall cleanliness and appointment were good. The service was friendly but lacked attention at times. The location was large and lively, with nice amenities, although there were some issues with booking the spa in advance online. The dining experience was adequate but not exceptional. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

The staff, especially at the pool reception desk, were very friendly and welcoming. However, it took around 30 minutes to address an issue with key card access to my room, and the level of friendliness from the receptionist on the first day could be improved.
